| Pre-birth walk to Glen Park for chocolate, champagne and froyo. Chocolate so I could bake a Birth Day cake and champagne to celebrate the little one's arrival. And Maia always needs froyo when we go into town. The walk was VERY slow, left at 11:00 and got home at 1:00. No contractions on the way there but had a bunch of pretty intense ones on the walk home. |

| Got home at 1:00, had lunch with some added hot sauce to encourage birth. Still planning to bake cake. Then contractions picked up around 1:30, still not regular but about 5-8 minutes apart. Then suddenly they started coming on at 3 minutes apart. |
