The kitchen at the end of day 1. The wall is gone and the hole is covered in a blue tarp. It's an odd feeling to 'cook' in an open kitchen - fridge and stove are still hooked up but no kitchen sink so dishes are either done in the bathroom or outsourced to other kitchens. Can't wait to see what we return to after Christmas.
