Cruising around Maui Dec 2

Eating seaweed while dancing around and watching the one day old baby goats at Surfing Goat Dairy.

Yes, I look enormous.

Naked dancing on the beach.

We drove up towards Haleakala to the Kula region where they grow lots of produce and visited the Surfing Goat Dairy. Then we drove over to Lahaina (and just drove through, no need to stop. not our kind of place). Stopped for lunch on the end of town that wasn't the tourist hub for some authentic Hawaiian lunch but were disappointed. The place in Corvallis is better. Guess you can't trust anyone catering to the tourists. Then needed to find a beach for Maia who was freaking out after spending too much time in the car. Can't even recall where we stopped but she stripped and did some dancing and was happy. Then we ended up driving back to Pai'a over what ended up being the scary ass road that some say is worse than the road to Hana. One lane around curves. When you come upon another car one of you usually has to back up until you find a spot wide enough to fit both. Backing up around corners. Good times. But great views and some really funky little enclaves. Seriously funky and remote. So many signs advertising banana bread. Really should have stopped. Did buy a pineapple from a roadside stand.
