For Valentine's Day, Todd got us a pasta making class (and an afternoon date!). Fresh pasta really is easy and it's so good. We have a pasta maker but had only used it once. I don't actually recall the results. We made it again the other night with Zoe helping. She had fun. Unfortunately, the pasta got a bit over-cooked.
