We decided Maia needs to get out in nature more so we spent the morning hiking and playing at the beach. She didn't really want to walk and was worried about cars and trucks on the trail. And she freaked out a little when I pointed out a ladybug and then told us it was on her foot. She did like picking the grasses though. And once we made it to the beach she had a blast playing in the little creek. We forced her to walk at the end because she was falling asleep in the carrier and we were not going to let that happen. It was great to get out and we really need to do this more often.
