Sixth tooth has arrived!

It was not broken through at bedtime last night but it had broken through the skin by this afternoon. That's 4 on the bottom now and still just 2 on the top. There is a 3rd on top that's been trying to come out for WEEKS now but those 2 new bottom ones suddenly snuck in before it.
