We took advantage of day two of summer weather by going to Ocean Beach with some other mamas and babies and Maia had a blast! She loved playing in the sand - digging, filling containers. And she really loved the water. Couldn't get enough of it and I couldn't keep her away. Just kept toddling off to it. She wasn't bothered by the coldness. Wasn't afraid of the waves - granted she was only experiencing the little baby ends of the waves. She was wet and her legs were coated in sand but she didn't care. Surprisingly, she didn't eat any.
