Stuff

Today Maia was randomly doing the hand gestures for wheels on the bus. Except that we haven't sung that in awhile so I don't think that's really what she was doing but I started singing it so now she does the wheels going round and round gestures when I sing it. I'm sure that won't last long. And she refused to do it for a video. As usual. She's so stubborn.

Maia likes to carry around her bathtub duck. And she's recently been making a sound that sounds like "quack quack quack" and when she does it, I say "quack quack quack". So yesterday when she was carrying the duck we started asking her what the duck says, then saying "quack quack quack" so in the past 2 days we've actually gotten her to answer our question with "quack quack quack" and she sort of says duck too. Goes something like this: "duck, quack quack quack".

She's still enjoying the clapping but now she mostly refuses to high-five. She continues to resist our efforts to make her perform. So frustrating.
